Thank you for your purchase with Colour Me Beautiful HK. We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, so we check each product carefully before it is shipped. If you would like to make a return based on a faulty or defective product, please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp to notify us before making the return.

When returning a product, please make sure to do so within 7 calendar days from the date of issued receipt for a refund on the product (minus the shipping, handling, or other charges).

When we have received your returned product, you will then be issued store credit in our records to purchase a new product from Colour Me Beautiful HK within 6 months.

Please note Gift Experience vouchers and Consultations purchased cannot be returned or refunded.

To ensure the quality of your shopping experience, Colour Me Beautiful HK uses SF Express to ship your purchased goods in Great China area (China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan), and Hongkong Post registered mail for the rest of the Asia countries including Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippine, Australia. If you cannot find your country in our list or have any inquiries about our products, please email us at connect@colourmebeautiful.hk . We will reply you within 1 day.

International orders may be subject to customs and clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our estimated arrival. Additionally, international orders may be subject to import tax, custom duties, and fees that are levied by your country of residence. Colour Me Beautiful HK does not collect any duties or taxes; it is up to the buyer to be responsible for any of these import fees as well as complying with laws and regulations of your country.
